3 Exercises for Wider Shoulders | Isolating Middle Delts | Advanced Training #26
Want to build big and wide boulder shoulders for a better V-taper on your physique? If so, then you want to target the lateral head (middle) of your delts (deltoids). In this video I show you 3 simple isolation exercises for the middle delts that you can do to get wide, round and chiseled shoulders!
Some of these exercises you might have seen in my video last week when Steve Cook and I caught a shoulder workout at Gold's Venice (The Mecca). Some people had questions about the exercise selection, so some of that is covered here in this video. Included are some tips for training around injuries, like the elbow pain (tendinitis) that I had while training there in LA.
