I'm kicking off this year with a good ol vlog. I'm so sorry for not posting sooner, but I'm here and ready to bust out content for y'all! Let me know if you guys would rather see daily vlogs, compiled vlogs or both!
LEG DAY WORKOUT
» Warm Up (resistance bands + dynamic stretching)
» Squats
Build up to a working weight (5 sets x 5 reps)
» Superset #1
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts (4 sets x 10 reps)
Goblet Squats (4 sets x 10 reps)
» Superset #2
Curtsey Lunges (4 sets x 10 reps each side)
Air Squat to Crawl-Out Push-Ups (1 squat, 1 push-up; progress up to 5)
» Superset #3
Single-Leg Glute Bridges (4 sets x 10 reps)
Frog-Stance Glute Bridges (4 sets x 10 reps, hold last rep for 10 seconds)
» Single-Arm Dumbell Snatches (4 sets x 10 reps)
» Plank to Downward Dog to Ab Movement (4 sets x 10 reps)
