INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for Masa:
2 cups Masa Harina
¼ cup of corn oil
2 tablespoons of seasoning (look below)
3 teaspoons of baking powder
2 ½ cups of water

Ingredients for Salsa Verde
10 medium tomatillos
5 jalapeños
2 garlic cloves
Salt to taste (about two teaspoons)

Tamales filling:
3 chiles poblanos
2 cups shredded Oaxaca cheese

Ingredients for seasoning:
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
