WHISKEY FAN MAKES A REVOLVER FOR THE FIRST TIME / Irish Girl makes Cocktails | Ciara O Doherty

In todays episode of Cocktails with Ciara, we're making a REVOLVER cocktail for the first time! I love both bourbon and coffee-based cocktails, so this sounded like a match made in heaven to me!

The Revolver is a modern, caffeinated twist on the classic Manhattan that was created by San Francisco bartender Jon Santer in the early 2000s.

✨ Ingredients ✨
2oz / 60ml bourbon (I used Bulleit Rye)
1/2oz / 15 ml coffee liqueur (I used Kahlua)
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: flamed orange peel

✨ Method ✨
Add bourbon, coffee liqueur and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Flame an orange peel over the top of the drink to express its oils, then garnish with the peel.
