GIN FIZZ & RASPBERRY MARTINI | Making Cocktails with ALDI Boyles Gin | World Gin Day | Ciara O Doher

Well HELLO THERE, and welcome back to another episode of Cocktails with Ciara! In today's video
we're celebrating World Gin Day (this Saturday, 12th June) which is the perfect excuse to explore the world of wonderful gins available now at Aldi (sp) A must-try is the award-winning Boyle’s Gin, exclusive to Aldi (priced at €24.99) which recently won Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, sealing its reputation as one of the best gins in the world!

✨Boyles Raspberry Martini ✨
-50ml Boyles Raspberry Blush gin
-tea spoon Ballyhoura apple cider vinegar (5ml)
-10ml sugar syrup
-15ml Fresh lemon juice
-25ml ProKulture Organic Kombucha Wild Berry
✨Add all ingredients to a mixing jug with loads of ice and stir for 15 seconds, double strain into a chilled glass, garnish with raspberries

✨Boyles Gin Fizz ✨
-50ml Boyles gin
-20ml Fresh lemon juice
-15ml specially selected maple syrup
-The white of one large egg
✨Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice at first and shake for 6 seconds, this is known as a dry shake, it helps the egg blend with the other ingredients and give a nice frothy top, then add ice to shaker and shake for 10 seconds or until shaker starts to feel ice cold, double strain into a tumbler glass and top up with approx 35ml Aldi specially selected sparkling lemonade
