IRISH GIRL MAKES A SINGAPORE SLING FOR THE FIRST TIME | Quarantine Cocktails at home Ciara O Doherty

In todays episode of Cocktails with Ciara, I'm making a classic Singapore Sling! A beautiful summery gin-based cocktail, this drink was requested by my lovely Patreon supporter James Spreacher. I was excited to try it myself for the first time, so let's see how I got on

✨ Ingredients ✨
45ml Gin (I used Bombay Sapphire)
21ml fresh lemon juice
7ml sugar syrup
7ml Benedictine
15ml Cherry Brandy
Soda Water to top
1 dash orange bitters
Maraschino Cherries and lemon slice to garnish

✨ Method ✨
Add all ingredients (bar the soda water) to a shaker.
Shake with ice.
Strain into a collins glass and top with soda
garnish with maraschino cherries and a lemon wheel
