Holi is here, and so is the enormous range of dishes we may cook. I'm terrible at making gujjiyas, however here's a video on how to make dahi bhalley, a dish that's easy peasy lemon squeezy and yummy as well. Dahi bhalle-
For bhalle -
Urad dal soaked - 1 cup
Moong dal soaked - .5 cup
Salt to taste
-Grind everything into a fine paste, then whisk it for 5 minutes, drop a dollop of batter into water and if it floats then stop whisking.
⁃ Heat the oil in a pan, and then drop in the batter in circular shape and fry.
⁃ Prepare a mix of warm water, red chilli powder, asafoetida, and salt, add the fried whale in it and let it soak.
⁃ Then after 15-20 minutes, squeeze the water from the bhallas.
Curd mix-
Curd- 1 1/2cup beaten
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Chaat masala
Black salt
Red chilli powder
Resins
Mix everything together, and keep it aside.

Now serve them together, and add chutneys of your choice.
