Vada Pav With Chutney | Mumbai Vada Pav | Evening Snack | Vada Pav Chutney #shorts #vadapav #recipe

For Vada -
Boiled potatoes - 4 medium
Curry leaves
Oil
Coriander
Jeera
Mustard seeds
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
-drop oil onto a pan, then add curry leave , jeera and mustard seeds, mix boiled potatoes in it drop the seasoning and mix well!
Take it off heat and shape into balls.
Wet Mix
Besan
Carom seeds- ajwain
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Garlic Green Chill Paste
Salt
Water
-Make a thin batter
-then coat potato balls with this batter and fry at low to medium flame until golden brown.
-With the same wet batter make boondi (add water to make it thinner), you can either use your hands or a sieve!
For chutney -
Fry garlic , and green chilli
-then blend them along with boondi, salt, rec chilli powder🩵

Then toast the pavs, apply green chutney and assemble everything as shown in the video!
