White Radish Daikon Steak | How to Cook White Radish

This white radish steak is juicy with a deep flavour. It Daikon absorbs the butter and soy sauce mixture.

Today's meal is a white radish steak. Of course it's not meat this is a vegetable but I would like to name it a white radish steak. It's full flavour and one of my favorite part is the daikon's texture.
It's yummy hot or cold.
You can add chilli pepper or cayenne pepper just before eating if you like it spicy!

Ingredients
10 pieces of White Radish slices (Daikon)
1.5 Tbsp Soy sauce
1.5 Tbsp Sugar
1tsp Butter
Some olive oil or cooking oil

Tips
Use the microwave to soften the white radish.
Microwave for about 5~7 minutes.
Check after 2~3minutes.
Adjust the time as everyone uses different microwaves.
Get rid of the water thoroughly after microwaving the white radish.
Please be careful it will be very hot.
It will burn quickly when you pour the soy sauce mixture over the white radish so keep moving the pan and turn over the white radish (Daikon) quickly.
