30-minute Live Pelvic Floor Relaxation - 2nd Dec 2020

We will go through a 30 minute sequence to relax the pelvic floor using various yin yoga hip stretches.

At the end of the session, you will be invited to take a Savasana (resting pose) where you can relax for 10 to 15 minutes. Have some pillows, a bolster or rolled up quilt and some blankets close by. An eye pillow is also really nice to have for your Savasana. You can make a DIY eye pillow as demonstrated at the start of this video: https://youtu.be/NWQwufYYX6k?t=94

I have created a Spotify playlist which you can play in the background during the session as I much prefer practicing with music. The playlist is 45 minutes long allowing an ample resting time at the end of the session.
