5-Minute Strengthen Your Hips For Pelvic Floor Support

This is the first in a series of videos focusing on building strength around the hips to support the pelvic floor. We focus on the smaller gluteal muscles in this video to begin with. As we progress through the series, focus will move through all muscle groups of the lower limb to achieve a balanced length-tension relationship that will help to optimize pelvic floor function.
