In the last episode, Kerby, our 135 pound Gamer, went through his first leg workout ever! The big question is, "Did he die?" LOL. Watch to see how he felt in the days after. Over the next 12 weeks we're going to build a foundation for Kerby, and help him gain his first 20 pounds of muscle!
