French Palmier Cookies | Cherry On Top Baking

This is an easy and simple 3 ingredient recipe for the best Palmier cookies. These french pastries are often made with puff pastry. The pronunciation of palmier is, palm - yeh. Making French desserts can sometimes be difficult but palmier cookies are very easy and they don't take much time to make.

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Lay out your puff pastry and brush with half of the butter, then sprinkle on 1/4 cup of sugar. Roll out the puff pastry and flip onto the other side repeating the same process.
Roll the the puff pastry from both sides and chill for 30 minutes.
Cut into 14 equal sized pieces. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cool the Palmiers.
