Exactly two months later. I'm now back to some body weight training, but most ring exercises are still out of the question. I'm doing ring dips, ring push-ups, and (ring) support position L-sits, but false grip and pull-ups cause instant sharp pain. Shame. I lost a lot of progress. My free weight numbers have dropped down dramatically. I'm not stopping, though! I will update this again later.
I will muscle up.
