I tried John Meadows back workout MAYBE DIED? (Strongman vs Bodybuilder)

hey guys in this video I went to OHIO and trained with the mountain dog. I tried john meadows back workout and let me tell you it was brutal. We mixed in some bodybuilding, strongman, and bodyweight exercises to get a crazy back workout in that really hit our lats and gave up a massive back! The workout started off with some dumbell rows, then into some pull ups, zercher yoke carries, and finished with explosive sled drags. If you are looking for a hybrid workout or back training this would be one to try ASAP.
