Cold and fire, ice and flame are two opposite elements that fascinate! Meet our Fire and Icy girls! And we’ll cook for them a Maxi Chilli cake and a Maxi ice cream.

Maxi Chilli cake
● 5 pounds of powdered sugar
● 30 ounces of chocolate
● 14 ounces of cream
● 21 ounce of butter
● 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes
● 1 ounce of gelatin
● 12 ounces of honey
● 3 ½ ounces of vegetable oil
● 21 ounce of flour
● half a teaspoon of baking soda
● 6 eggs
● coloring
● piping gel
Draw a sketch. Measure an axis of a needed height and divide it in 6 identical pieces. Our bases will be here. The top base is the biggest then come four identical ones and a small one at the bottom. Shape a pepper and make a tip on the side. Make the tip rounded and add leaves and a stem.
Crusts. Cover crumbled chocolate with boiling water, mix it. Put in powdered sugar, butter, and pour in vegetable oil. Sieve through flour, add baking soda. Add eggs while mixing and some coloring. Coat a baking tray with butter, cover it with parchment paper. Pour out the batter. Bake for an hour at 300 degrees F.
Fondant. Cover gelatin with cold water. Add honey. Heat up the mixture for 1 minute in a microwave and pour it on powdered sugar. Make fondant, add coloring.
Chilli ganache. Pour hot cream on chocolate, add butter and stir. Put in chilli flakes.
Assemble the cake. Put the sponge cake on the axis, cover it with the ganache. Add sponge cake on top and keep on doing it up till the top. Stick in skewers around the perimeter for support. When the height is just like in the sketch trim the excess. Shape a tip using the leftovers. Coat the whole cake with the ganache and refrigerate it so it sets. Roll out the fondant, cover the cake with it. Make leaves and a stem from green fondant. Coat the pepper with piping gel so it glows.

Maxi ice cream
● 12 eggs
● 3 pounds of sugar
● 4 pounds of flour
● 26 ounces of vegetable oil
● 2 gallons of cream
● 1 pound of condensed milk
● 4 cups of blue curacao syrup
● 14 ounces if powdered sugar
● coloring
Waffles. Add water and vegetable oil to sugar. Crack in the eggs and mix. Add flour, mix once again and add coloring. Pour one spoon of the batter in a waffle maker and bake it for 4 minutes.
Ice cream. Add condensed milk to cream, beat it by gradually adding syrup and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Meringue for decoration. Add 8 egg whites to powdered sugar, whip everything to get a thick mass and pour in coloring. Mix everything well. Use a pastry bag to squeeze little peaks on a silicone mat and let them air dry for 10 hours.
