Let's replenish our list of dishes Maxi size! Today we are going to make giant Kinder Maxi King and maxi Chocko pie! It’ll be delicious!
1. Choco pie maxi
● 14 ounces of butter
● 14 ounces of powdered sugar
● 8 egg yolks
● 6 ounces of cream
● 2 pounds of flour
● ½ ounce of baking powder
Whip butter and powdered sugar to get a fluffy mass. Add egg yolks. Then pour in cream, add flour and baking powder. Make dough. Take a detachable mold, wrap the bottom in foil and press the dough down so it’s about 1 ¾ inches thick. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 320 F. Do it once again. Take out of the mold, let it cool and round the edges with a grater.
Whip cream and powdered sugar to get a thick mass. Cover gelatin with cold water and let it swell up. Pour it in the cream mass little by little. Squeeze it on the cookie and cover with the other half. Melt chocolate and coat the cookie with it. Let it harden.
2. Kinder Maxi King
Filling:
● 4 pounds of cream
● 1 pound of powdered sugar
● 3 ounces of gelatin
● 14 ounces of water
Caramel:
● 4 pounds of sugar
● 4 cups of water
● 2 pounds of cream
● 10 ounces of butter
● 14 ounces of almonds
● 7 ounces of sugar
Chocolate:
● 1 pound of white glaze
● 12 pounds of dark glaze
● 3 pounds of hazelnuts
Melt chocolate, put it in a mold, cut waffles, and place them on the bottom and sides. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Cover gelatin with water. Wait for it to harden and microwave. Pour it in the cream and mix. Refrigerate. Put in the mold. Make a hollow for caramel.
Fry nuts. Process them with sugar. Put sugar in a pan and cover with water. Wait for the water to evaporate and pour in cream. Stir it, add butter, and then add the processed nuts. Refrigerate.
Pour caramel in the cream hollow and cover it with white filling on top. Put on waffles and cover with chocolate. Refrigerate. Crumble hazelnuts and mix them with chocolate. Pour it as a top layer and evenly spread it out.
