Everyone loves quick snacks! And it’s not surprising, because the pace of life increases with each passing year! MEGA nuggets! Do we accept this challenge? Most certainly YES!

1. Сhicken nuggets
• chicken breast 6 pcs
• eggs 15 pcs
• flour 8 cups
• breadcrumbs 6 lb
• vegetable oil 12 cups
Salt and pepper the brests. Cover them with flour, then dip them in the egg wash and cover with breadcrumbs. Deep fry until cooked.

2. Cheese sauce
• butter 7 oz
• flour 10 oz
• milk 8 cups
• cheese 4 lbs
• salt

3. Fish roll
• flatbreads 12 pcs
• napa cabbage 2 pcs
• tomatoes 2 lbs
• cucomber 2 lbs
• fish fillet 6 lbs
• breadcrumbs 3 lbs
• eggs 15 pcs
• flour 1 lb
• vegetable oil 12 cups
• tartar sauce
Cover the fish with flour, then dip them in the egg wash and cover with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until cooked. Lay out the flatbreads so they overlap. Layer the cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes over each other. Then add the fish, and pour some tartar sauce. Roll everything together.

4. McFlurry
• ice cream 9 lbs
• KitKat bars 7 pcs
• Nesquik cereal
• caramel syrup 10 oz
• chocolate syrup 10 oz

French fries
• potatoes 44 lbs
• eggs 10 pcs
• flour 4 lbs
• vegetable oil 20 cups
• salt, pepper
Cook the potatoes in boiling water. Add eggs and flour. Salt and pepper to taste and mash everything together. Freeze. Form the pieces and deep fry until cooked.
