In Memory of Havoc the Swift Fox

To Our EWC Community,
It is with a heavy heart that I share the unexpected loss of Havoc the swift fox. He was found unresponsive by our animal care team and was immediately received emergency treatment. Unfortunately, Havoc's condition was severe, and his prognosis poor enough to warrant the difficult decision for euthanasia. Necropsy results support that decision, as significant evidence of disease was found in his pancreas, heart, kidneys, and gastrointestinal tract.

While we mourn his loss, we also remember his legacy as a swift fox who contributed to the conservation of its species through both breeding and education.
