Mr. Sumit is a friend to me since 12 years and admits he has not seen anyone as much talented as me ever.

Yet he is curious to know why did I struggle for almost 8 long years despite being talented.

Further, what changed in the past 2 - 3 years that things took a U-turn and changed for the best.

I firmly believe lack of guidance is the root cause.

I used to put in the same amount of efforts however my target audience was wrong.

I used to try to convince people back in Dehradun about the things we have learnt like Personal Branding, monetization. It did not matter at all to them.

They were just bothered about things like how do I get 10 rupees by investing 2 rupees.

Why is a talented person from a middle-class family is not able to earn significant money?

On the contrary, a person from a rich family despite being less talented is able to earn more.

Is it all because of the conditioning.

The rich since childhood is conditioned saying earning money is easy.

Thus that mindset and belief system is imbibed.

I used to try to get sessions in colleges.

The day I took it online with the guidance of my younger brother Mr. Saurabh Bhatnagar, there is no looking back.

Money is definitely handsome yet more important is the attachment and commitment that people have towards us.

Maximum people are not able to get the results because they don't have the right vehicle.

Supposedly you are a Public Speaker and confine yourself to a small locality hosting local events, how will you grow?

On the other hand, you do the same events in corporates and you'll create your next opportunity from there itself.

You can easily transition from earning Rs. 1500 to Rs. 15,000.

You just need the right mentorship.

Just being talented is not enough.

Your mindset that I can do it matters the most.

Maximum people don't have access to the right opportunity, guidance and environment.

When the above elements are missing, no talent can help you.

Furthermore, despite being talented when you don't get opportunities, you start doubting your ownself.

It took me about 8 long years to understand what I am capable of.

It all comes down to the right direction and right opportunity.
