Miami Home Prices to CRASH BY 30%?

Miami is one of the worst cities to buy a house right now.

That's because 1) the economy always gets hit hard by recessions, meaning lots of forced selling could hit Miami's Housing Market soon and 2) home prices are over 30% overvalued.

Miami's Housing Market is also very volatile historically, having crashed by 50% in the last housing downturn from 2007-12. I don't necessarily think prices will drop by that much again. But that history has to concern buyers and real estate investors in Miami today.
