Perfect workout for busy runners (LIKE YOU)
Strength training for runners has never been so easy! My favourite piece of exercise equipment hands-down is a mini resistance band. These bands are so versatile and allow you to do an effective running strength workout at home, in a hotel, pretty much anywhere! The resistance band exercises for runners shown in this video are perfect for helping you to prevent running injuries and run stronger.
