Yoga Inversions for Beginners - Feet up trainer
In this video I introduce you to the Feet up trainer, a super useful yoga toy to get comfortable being upside down...
Feet up is useful for beginners learning their inversions, but also for those who have already mastered balance in headstand, to play with different leg variations and also to stay up for longer time without compressing the cervical vertebrae.
I use it for my arm balances too, to make them more fun (mostly to add a challenge) - You can see some of my shot arm balancing on the Feet up on Instagram @park_yoga_girl
