Red Snapper Ramen Noodle 灯花

This bowl is Tai dashi ramen, which is red snapper based stock ramen. The extremely light transparent soup is full of flavor. It has a completely different taste from tonkotsu based soup. You can taste this bowl at Ueno, a ramen shop called Toka.
After you enjoy the noodles, pour the soup into the rice bowl with top of red snapper sashimi. Excellent taste!
