This recipe is very special to me as it was one of the first recipes I learned from my abuelita. It's a recipe that has been passed down from generations. 8 New Mexico or guajillo chile pods
2 Chile anchos
5 chile árbol to spice it up (optional)
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
