Palliative Care for the Vulnerably Housed in Thunder Bay - An Update and a Work in Progress
CERAH Lunch & Learn Fall Series (September 16, 2020)
Presenters: Cherie Kok and Kimberly Ramsbottom, Hospice Northwest
Hospice Northwest has been instrumental in moving the dial forward in how we manage clients who would benefit from a palliative approach to care who are also vulnerably housed. There is still much to be done, but Hospice Northwest is proud to share through this presentation how the organization is educating the community, building working groups, and engaging and working with the vulnerably housed directly.
