Overnight Oat & Chia Pudding Recipe
Combine all ingredients are refrigerate overnight:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond is great)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional, but really good!)
Can also add 1 tbsp of nut butter (cashew, almond...) or frozen fruit
Toppings
- Berries
- Nuts
- Hemp seeds
- ... or whatever else you like :)
