Youth Culture - Eps 6

Mental Health has always been a taboo subject within the black community. Meet Banetsi who is breaking down these walls, by offering phycology services in the township in his mobile clinic. In the film Mzikazi and Ntobeko travel from the Eastern Cape to Cape Town to begin their healing process and also get to experience the work that Banetsi is doing in the township.

Youth Culture identifies young people that have decided to immerse themselves in the discourse on transformation in all spheres of life. Standing on the side line and just commenting on Facebook is not enough for these young mavericks. Through their voices, their journeys reveal a cascade of information that is not represented in the public domain. Through their life experiences South African audiences have the opportunity to put a face to the issues that are trending on our social network timelines.
