iSpani digs up what happens when you feed your hunger for learning and end up helping to feed the country. Rodney Ndou is taking his knowledge of agronomy, the science of successfully growing crops and optimising land, and using it to grow food security for small scale farmers by selling them products that yield bigger, better crops, and a career with international biotech giant Monsanto! Agronomists develop and implement production systems so that economical production is maximised without harming the environment, some agronomists become representatives of manufacturers and show farmers the most effective uses for new products. Some travel to neighbouring countries to help the people increase their food production by means of new techniques.
