The hospital is for sick and injured falcons, and they are treated like royalty. Chris has to perform delicate surgery on a falcon wing.

A Burmese cat has been rushed in to Sash after being badly mauled by a dog. Coco has serious bite wounds. Lisa needs to urgently stabilise her, and then assess if she needs immediate surgery to try to stop the spread of infection.

At the Australian Reptile Park a female cassowary has unexpectedly laid an egg. She lives in an enclosure by herself, so Tim knows it will be infertile. But it's a promising sign that she's ready to mate. Introducing a male to meet the feisty female is going to be risky.

Chris needs to check out young cavoodle pup Cujo for his owner Declan, who has cystic fibrosis. It's important Cujo gets the all clear from Chris, so he can be a companion dog for Declan during hospital visits. But Chris thinks cheeky Cujo needs some urgent puppy training.
