How to ruin a Puzzle on your laser
I had a piece of heavy card stock and wanted to make a puzzle from it. How hard could that be? I found a picture to glue on to the card stock and put it in the laser.
I had three main issues with this. First was the card stock wanted to bow when was glued up to the image. I tried many times to get that to flatten out with little success. Then I found that the glue I used didn't want to hold in very well to the image. Lastly, I didn't have good burn parameter for this project and even with two passes, the laser did not get through the image.
The ends results was something to put in the trash. :-(
