RUSENSKI LOM is a beautiful valley that cuts the Danubian Plain in Northeastern Bulgaria. It is famous for its rock-hewn churches and monasteries, as well as some amazing natural phenomena. The main city in the area is Ruse- one of the largest cities in Bulgaria, located at the southern bank of Danube River, where the border with Romania is.
