Nonduality Teacher Roger Castillo explains that we have to become just present with what is in our meditation space. If we bring our personal identity, our ego-identity into our meditation practice, then we are not really conscious of what is happening. If we put all concepts away, the only thing that remains is awareness that is aware of itself. It is a boundless open space. This is real meditation, being conscious of just what is.
