🕉😀 Decisions based on Love and Understanding, Rupert Spira interviewed by Amy Torres and Bill Free

Spiritual teacher Rupert Spira gives valuable advice on decision making using a (long-term) relationship as an example. If we are thinking about leaving our partner, all kinds of fears will arise. But according to Rupert our decisions in general and expecially in such a situation should be based on love and understanding and not on fear. Because 'any decision that we make from fear will carry that fear into the consequences of our decision,' Rupert says. Also we will find ourselves in similar situations over and over again, repeating the same pattern in future decisions and relationships. The only solution to this is to clearly look into ourselves and see directly what is happening, until old patterns are transformed.
