November 15 2018 - An early-season snowstorm slammed southern NY with up to 10 inches of snow. The rapid accumulation right at rush hour took many by surprise, leading to the worst traffic jams residents have seen in many years, with vehicles stuck on nearly ever road. This video was shot at various locations in southern Dutchess County, first at Rt 55 & Noxon Rd, and down to I-84 in Fishkill.
