Dance Workout - Stet 3: Pliès

I have created a set of Workouts for dancers to help warm-up both physically & mentally. Ideal to do before any Dance class, or Performance of any kind.

Set 3 - Pliès
This set is slightly more technical. Starting with demi & leading onto full pilès it's all about placement & finding your centre. This section is best done in bare feet as it is important to make that connection with the floor. Balance is the key here, so keep full control of your upper torso & make sure your centre is connected & your pelvis tucked under at all times.
