Challenge level - 2

Traget toning - Legs & Core

Follow Mads as she takes you through this workout, not just about keeping fit, but also about feeling in control while wearing your heels.

As well as working your legs & core it also helps with style & posture so that moving in heels becomes second nature.

We have given it a challenge level of 2 on the 1-5 scale, however this depends on the height of your heel. We advise a lover heel to start of & a shoe or booth that ideally has a zip or strap to protect your heel.
