The 10 minute AB workout: each exercise is performed for 45s and followed by 15s rest. Check the video for the easier variations on challenging moves ☺️

1. Plank with knee grab
2. Kick sits
3. Plank lifts
4. Cycling Russian twists
5. Side plank dips (swap after 20s)
6. Straddle V-sit up
7. Reverse crunches
8. Elbow over knee crunch
9. Body saw
10. Elevated leg crunch
