Mental Health Stigmas in Men :
It is important that we teach and show men that it is okay to not be okay, and it is okay for them to open up if they are hurt.
It is all too common to feel health anxiety if you have any of the anxiety disorders, and even though the rollercoaster of emotions your body and mind take you through during a heightened state of health anxiety: Please know that you are safe and that you are not alone.
According to Healthline.com, Health anxiety is an obsessive and irrational worry about having a serious medical condition. It’s also called illness anxiety, and was formerly called hypochondria. This condition is marked by a person’s imagination of physical symptoms of illness.

-Constantly worry about your health.
-Frequently check your body for signs of illness, such as lumps, tingling or pain.
-You are always asking people for reassurance that you're not ill.

-Obsessively look at health information on the internet or in the media.
