Health Anxiety: What It is and Common Symptoms
It is all too common to feel health anxiety if you have any of the anxiety disorders, and even though the rollercoaster of emotions your body and mind take you through during a heightened state of health anxiety: Please know that you are safe and that you are not alone.

Accoring to Healthline.com, Health anxiety is an obsessive and irrational worry about having a serious medical condition. It’s also called illness anxiety, and was formerly called hypochondria. This condition is marked by a person’s imagination of physical symptoms of illness.

According to nhs.uk, common symptoms of Health Anxiety are:
-Constantly worry about your health.
-Frequently check your body for signs of illness, such as lumps, tingling or pain.
-You are always asking people for reassurance that you're not ill.
-Worry that a doctor or medical tests may have missed something.
-Obsessively look at health information on the internet or in the media.
