11 Minute Senior Pilates Chair Class to build Upper Body strength in a safe and gentle way.

Enjoy this gentle Senior pilates chair routine for the upper body. Improve posture, strengthen your back, stretch your arms, mobilise your shoulders and improve your posture. All done with focus and attention to detail to ensure you get the best out of this session. I recommend you do this session two times a week to build strength and increase flexibility in the back, neck and shoulders. All of which will leave you feeling stronger in your back and with less tension in the neck and shoulders.
