Bicycle for abdominal muscles - Improve with Marta

Our next exercise is for your abs. My personal favorite - bicycle.
Why its a favorite? you can do it with the speed, don't get tired, but still get the results. Bicycle is harmless exercise and there are no health restrictions (except for expecting mothers:P) its useful for the people of any age group,cause it works on oblique and straight abdominal muscles, as well as tights and back muscles.
