I've always had a great relationship with food. Who doesn't, anyway?
But more than satisfying random cravings, I chose to have a healthy relationship with food by
becoming a pescetarian.

I also promised myself that I will always to pay more attention to what goes into my body.
Like you guys, I work so hard to have a sound mind and body, and so I commit to being mindful with my food intake.

A lot of you messaged me on how I prepare my daily meals, true to the diet I chose to live with.
