Lion drinking waterhole at Watergat S65 Kruger National Park

This lovely male lion was very thirsty and had a good long drink at the waterhole on the S65 watergat pad road in Kruger National Park.

B1 Photo Safaris was on the location as it happened what a sighting and what a sighting a pitty of the concrete block at the back but that how life is what can do. That is also the place where the freshest water is being pumped in to the man-made waterhole. So no wonder this male lion drinks at the best spot. What a beautiful male lion his golden colour mane was enhanced by the good light on him and his eye was shining as well!
