Childhood cancer doesn’t just change the child fighting it… it changes the entire family forever.❤️‍🩹

Over the last 15 months, I have learned how easy it is to completely lose yourself while trying to save your child. The stress, fear, exhaustion, isolation, and survival mode eventually start showing up physically too.❤️‍🩹

Lately, I’ve been trying to make small changes to feel human again. Nothing extreme. Just little things like moving my body, putting on makeup, eating better, and trying to take care of myself too.💛

Because I realized that I cannot completely pour from an empty cup. My babies need me healthy too. 💛
