My 7 month middle split journey | From 0 to Van Damme splits

This is my 7 month middle split journey, from 0 to Van Damme splits.

I started to train the middle splits on 7 June 2020 because I was inspired by Van Damme's Volvo ad. I had no idea what to do at the beginning so I looked at videos on YouTube to give myself an idea of how I should be training. I experimented a lot, and never had a solid routine I followed until just before I got my flat middle splits. I did not do any passive stretching at all to get to this level, I used lots of PNF stretching and adductor strengthening exercises. I have also made a video where I show the routine I used to get my flat middle splits, I will link it below. Hopefully I will be able to inspire some of you to start training the middle splits.
