Excel Index Match

If VLookup won't cut it then the Index Match function goes to places that VLookup just won't dare to go. The Excel Index Match function is infact two functions. One called Index and One called Match

So in the above example the formula would be:

=INDEX(A:A,MATCH(J2,C:C,0))

You can use the mouse to click on the columns.
