"What is a body fat setpoint? Can you get below your bodyfat set point, and still make great progress (strength wise, and muscle gains) or are you going to feel like S*** and be hungry all the time?
I think alot people would like to believe they can maintain lower bodyfat than their setpoint and still feel great. Is this a fantasy?"
