Gurkha Training Company | Live Fire Training - Otterburn | British Army

Recruits of Gurkha Company at Infantry Training Centre, Catterick, recently completed a Live Firing Tactical Training exercise in Otterburn Training Camp, Northumberland.

The exercise was designed to build confidence, as the recruits were training with live rounds (individual, pair, fire team, Section and platoon level attack) under tactical conditions, and such skills are honed to prepare the trainees for future deployments.

This is the second to last training exercise the recruits will undertake before they Pass Out in November at a ceremony at Helles Barracks.
