Is Your Relationship Ready For A Threesome?: The Signs You Are Ready

So your husband told you he wants a threesome with another woman. In this video, we will answer questions you most likely are asking yourself and where to go from here.

There is no doubt you have many questions since your husband told you he wants to add another woman into the mix. Some of the most common questions wives ask themselves when they are in this situation is:

1. Does my husband love me?

2. Does my husband want to cheat?

3. Am I not good enough? (Am I not pretty enough? Do I not please him enough in the bedroom?)

4. Should I be mad?

If your husband wants a threesome or three way, most likely that does not mean he does not love you. To men, love and sex are two separate things. When it comes to sexual fantasies and desires, three ways are at the top of the list for many men.

Having threesomes does not mean your spouse wants to cheat on you. Sex is a very pleasurable activity, so men often times feel that threesomes will enhance the pleasurable activity.

Its very similar to getting a sex toy or wanting you to wear sexy lingerie. When you add a third person into the mix, it is the ultimate way to enhance their sexual experience.

That being said, it is very common to question their self-esteem and self-worth then their spouse drops the bomb that they want to add another woman into the mix.

We can often do a lot of self-reflecting and wonder if we are doing something wrong in the love making department and not stepping up our game enough. It can be very difficult to wrap your head around sharing your husband with another woman.

That being said, when your husband wants to have a three way with another woman, it usually has nothing to do with you not being pretty enough or being pleasurable enough. It's almost like adding the cherry on top of an already yummy hot fudge sundae.

The sundae without the cherry is still really amazing, but adding a cherry will make it even better. That being said, you are entitled to your feelings. And if you feel insulted that your partner wants a threesome, then that is your feelings to own.

The most important aspect to take away from all this is knowing WHY your spouse wants to do it in the first place, and making sure it is not an attempt to put a band aid on a relationship that is already wounded.

If a threesome is going to happen, the purpose is to enhance your connection with your significant other and enjoy new experiences together. If that is something you are not ready for, then it most likely is not a good idea to jump into this new endeavor.
